Where Unit 2 leans dark and collected, Unit 3 opens its arms. This is a home of light and texture — a softer palette with French-inflected details that feel at once timeless and completely fresh.

The exterior arrives in Sherwin-Williams Taupe of the Morning — a pale, sun-washed tone with German schmear stone accents and the same arched mahogany front door and tongue-and-groove porch ceiling, giving both homes a coherent identity while each tells its own story.

Inside, the kitchen takes a lighter approach — warm greige perimeter cabinetry with molded tops is paired with a stained wood island and hutch. The backsplash is dramatic: bold Calacatta-veined marble, a brass pot filler above the 36" Thor gas range, and dark industrial pendants. The pantry is a charming departure — vertical shiplap painted soft sage-blue, natural wood cabinetry, butcher block countertop, and a schoolhouse pendant.

The living room shares the same 36" vented gas fireplace with a marble surround of greater movement and drama. The dining room chandelier is a sculptural brass multi-arm piece with white cylindrical shades — elegant and approachable.

The downstairs bath is all French femininity — beadboard paneling in soft sage, a console vanity with champagne bronze legs, and white octagon mosaic floor tile with black dot accents. Upstairs, the primary bath continues the romantic tone: tall vertical tile in warm stone on the shower walls, Arabesque-patterned shower floor tile, a grey freestanding soaking tub with brass deck-mounted filler, and arched Moroccan-inspired mirrors above the 96" dark wood double vanity.

The stairwell features a stained handrail with charcoal-painted newel posts and black metal balusters — graphic and modern against the warm white walls.
